We stopped at Lake Manyara on our way to Ngorongoro Creater, It was a chance to begin readying our cameras for animal picture taking and most importantly a clean rest room break.

Our vehicles were all basically like this....six bucket seats and a roof that opened up and allowed us to stand and take pictures.
A baby monkey came over to see what we were all about.
This was not the rainy season so the lake was quite low.

Lake Manyara is know for it birds. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of this one.

As the child gets larger it migrates from the belly to the back of the mother.
