I traveled to Africa in 2012 with my son on a photographic Safari.  It was fantastic.  I vowed then that I wanted Tam to experience it as well. The opportunity came up for us to join my sister Janet and her husband Tom along with their neighbors, Resa and Dave, on a Safari through Tauck.  We've traveled extensively with Tauck and had no reservations taking this trip with them.

The tour started in Arusha, Ttanzania and took us to Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro caldera, Serengeti National Park and then back to Arusha where we entered Kenya to visit Amboseli national park, the mount Kenya Safari Club and finally the Masai Mara.  The highlight was supposed to be the migration but because there have been more rains than normal, there was no reason for the animals to migrate.  It wa still fantastic and we would do it again in a heart beat.
