2004 Australia and New Zealand Tour

Tamara and I had always wanted to tour the lands "down-under" so we decided this would be the year to do it. It was kind of a last minute thing. Anyway we booked our tour through Tauck World Discovery and were absolutely delighted with the trip and all the arrangements. We made a lot of new friend, many whom we hope to stay in touch with. We would definately recommend this trip and Tauck to anyone considering visiting Australia and New Zealand.

The tour was a busy one. As you can see, in Australia we visited Sydney, Melbourne, Alice Springs, Ayres Rock, Cairns (for the Great Barrier Reef), Dunk Island and Brisbane. New Zealand was just as hectic as we visited Auckland, Rotorua, Mt Cook, Milford Sound, Queenstown and Christchurch. Hard to say which we enjoyed most.

In my usual form, I managed to take almost 1,000 pictures. Lucky for you, only 450 made it to this web site.
