I traveled to Tucson in March to visit our friends, Mike and Rose who were wintering there. We had originally thought we would do a bunch of hiking but an unusual hot spell curtailed our hiking to just two outings. We did however visit the Sonora Desert Museum, the Pima Air and Space Museum and of course made a trek to the tourist mecca of Tombstone. All in all, I found Tucson to be an enjoyable place with lots to do in the winter months and lot's of great Mexican restaurants.
