Devil's Golf Course

This was the highlight of my last day on the road. This area is made up of salt and gravel deposits layered for up to 1000 feet deep. Moisture rises to the surface, bringing with it salt in solution. This salt crystallizes when it reaches the surface and is then sculpted by the rain and wind.
