Navajo Bridge

Navajo bridge was built in 1928 and was the only bridge crossing the Colorado for 600 miles. The old bridge, seen on the left, has since closed to vehicle traffic. Prior to the bridge being built, a ferry was used to cross the Colorado at Lee's Ferry, about 10 miles north of the bridge.
