The Stanza of the Signatura by Raphael

This is one of my corrupted pictures, but it is also one of my favorites. It depicts a gathering of all the major ancient and contemporary thinkers beneath a dome which alludes to the new Saint Peter's Basilica. Plato and Aristotle are seen in the center. Diogenes is reclining on the steps and Michelangelo is shown meditating against a marble block in the foreground. What can't be seen in this picture is Raphael put a self portrait of himself on the right edge of the picture.
