St. Andrew's Cathedral in Amalfi.

Unfortunately, this is the ONLY picture that I was able to recover of this cathedral. I had by pure chance taken a shot of the men close to the alter, removing the skull of St. Andrew to put back behind the alter. It's only taken out twice a year.
