Rush hour in front of our hotel. The city has 25 million people and I didn't see more than a half dozen traffic lights. Stop signs, lines in the road, lights mean nothing. They are all ignored. Quite a thrill riding in a cab where you find yourself in every single lane within a city block. There are no pedestrian crossings either. Pedestrians have to dart across and between the cars. All I can think of was the game Frogger from the 70s.
