Monday morning bright and early I get to the passport office and apply for additional pages to be added to my passport. The woman behind the counter looks as my expiration date and tells me it would make more sense to get a new passport as this one expires in 14 months. I didn't want to delay the process but she assured me it would not. After getting photos taken I submitted the required form and was told to be at window 15 at 2:00pm. The window has a sign that pickups are between 2:00 PM and 3:00PM. This picture was taken at 2:30 and no one was at the counter and I along with 30 other people are waiting. After pleading y case to anyone that would listen, I was told that passports would be distributed by 4:45 and if my was not ready, "..someone would come out and talk to me!" This is not what I wanted to hear. Remember i had a flight that was leaving at 7:30 that evening. Finally at 3:35 my name was called. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
