By now it was clear that something was wrong with my phone. We then began to search the web for an Apple store. We found one 5 stops north of where we were and after much pleading was able to get an appointment with a "Genius" at 4:15. By about 5:15 we were on our way back to the hotel with a replacement phone. You have got to love Apple Care.
